2. Description of Service

NexusWired is an AI visual generation platform that allows users to create production-ready visuals, renders, and creative assets at a fraction of the cost of traditional design. The Service includes:

  • AI-powered visual generation and rendering features
  • Vault storage and project organization
  • AI-generated ad creatives (requires Pulses)
  • Custom brand assets and marketing visuals (requires Pulses)

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Pulses and Payments

Certain AI-powered features require Pulses. Pulses can be purchased through the Service:

  • 1 Pulse = $1 USD
  • Pulses are non-refundable once purchased
  • Pulses do not expire
  • Pulse costs for features are displayed before use

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated means to access the Service without permission
  • Share your account with others

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service (images, prompts, projects, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use this data to:

  • Provide and improve the Service
  • Generate AI visuals and ad creatives for your account
  • Create aggregated, anonymized analytics (no personal data shared)

7. AI-Generated Content

The AI visual generation features produce renders based on your prompts and inputs. This content is for informational and marketing purposes only and should not be considered:

  • Legal or trademark advice
  • Professional graphic design or branding services
  • A substitute for consultation with marketing or legal professionals

You are responsible for ensuring your generated visuals and ad creatives comply with applicable laws, trademark rights, and platform guidelines.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • AI-generated visuals will be accurate or suitable for your needs
  • Results from AI-generated ad creatives are guaranteed

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexusWired shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the settings page.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
